Map of Top 100 Golf Courses in US

So I’m about a year into my quest to play Golf Digest’s Top 100 and Top 100 Public golf courses in the US.

I’ve played:

• 23/100 Top 100 Public
• 11/100 Top 100
• 7/100 Top 100 in the World

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone back to each of these Golf Digest lists, to see if there were any courses in a certain area. Pretty much whenever I’m going somewhere I look for a course I can knock off while I’m there.

What I’ve been looking for and haven’t found is a visual map of all of the Top 100 Courses as well as the Top 100 Public.

Finally I just decided to create it.

So if you’re heading off on a trip and are looking for a fantastic place to play golf, this should help you find some of the best the US has to offer.

I still have some fine tuning to do (for instance, not sure the best way to illustrate courses on both lists), but you can toggle each list on or off on the map.

Also, in June I’ll be taking my next big golf trip to try and knock off as many courses as I can in the NYC area. Still working on connections at some of the most exclusive club, so if you know someone, or know someone who has a guy, who knows the girl who is married to the brother in law of the president of one of these courses – let me know!
