Golf clothes have gotten expensive. And unfortunately for me, I like nice things.
At retail pricing, so many brands that I love have legitimately expensive MSRPs.
It’s now pretty common to see golf polos over $100, golf hoodies well over $150, and premium rain jackets that cost as much as a new wedge or two.
Fortunately, you don’t always have to pay full price to get extremely high-quality golf apparel.
Many of my favorite golf apparel brands maintain surprisingly good sale or clearance sections. Better yet, some of them allow Breaking Eighty coupon codes to stack on top of their normal sale pricing.
That can turn an expensive piece of golf clothing into a genuinely good deal.
Below are the places I check first when I’m looking for discount golf apparel. Although, there’s nothing “discount” about the quality of any of these brands. They all make some of the best golf clothing in the business.
I’ve tried products from all of these brands, and I’ve focused on stores where the sale section is consistently useful—not just a dumping ground for one ugly shirt in an extra-small.
Quick note: Coupon rules can change. The codes below will generally work on eligible sale and clearance products unless noted, but they may be disabled during a dedicated sitewide promotion. I last verified these details in October 2026.

1. B.Draddy: Best Overall Sale Section for Luxury Golf and Lifestyle

B.Draddy makes some of the softest and most comfortable golf apparel I own. The brand does understated, slightly more refined golf style exceptionally well—especially polos, hoodies, sweaters, and versatile layers.
The downside is that it isn’t cheap at retail. That’s why its sale section is always one of the first places I look.
There’s usually a meaningful selection of past-season colors and styles, rather than only a handful of odd sizes. Many sale products are already marked down around 30%, and the value gets much better when the additional discount applies.
- Best things to buy: Polos, lightweight hoodies, sweaters, and layering pieces. The Andy hoodie is an excellent starting point.
- Coupon code: Use B.Draddy discount code BREAKING for 20% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: The code will typically stack on eligible sale items, but may be disabled during a larger sitewide promotion
- Shop: Browse the B.Draddy sale section
B. Draddy is known for quality, and because of that their retail prices skew towards the high side.
But they typically have a number of products at 30-50% off, plus an additional 20% off with the code BREAKING. I typically check this page at least 2-3 times a monht.
2. Zero Restriction: Best Deals on Premium Rain Gear

Zero Restriction makes some of the best golf rain gear and technical outerwear on the market. The products are designed to perform in legitimately bad weather, rather than simply surviving a light drizzle between the clubhouse and your car.
That performance comes at a price. Full-price jackets can be a serious investment, which also means the savings can be substantial when you find the right piece in the sale section.
If you play in the Pacific Northwest, Scotland, Bandon Dunes, or anywhere else where rain is part of the experience, this is one of the most useful clearance pages to check.
- Best things to buy: Waterproof jackets, rain pants, wind layers, and premium outerwear. Their Z2000 rain gear is considered by many to the gold standard.
- Coupon code: Use Zero Restriction coupon code BREAKING for 20% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: The code will typically stack on eligible sale items, but may be disabled during a larger sitewide promotion
- Shop: Browse the Zero Restriction sale section
Zero Restriction is the gold standard of premium technical outerwear. It doesn't come cheap, but when you combine our discount code with clearance prices? You can find some insane deals.
Use code BREAKING to save 20%.
3. Sunice: Best for Technical Outerwear at a Discount
Sunice has been making technical golf apparel for decades. It’s especially good at rain gear, wind protection, and layers that work both on and off the course.
The Sunice clearance section can include some of the deepest raw markdowns on this list, particularly on previous-season colors. If your priority is performance rather than wearing the newest colorway, there can be excellent value here.
- Best things to buy: Rain jackets, pullovers, vests, and cold-weather layers. The Hamilton vest is one of my favorites.
- Coupon code: Use Sunice discount code BREAKEIGHTY20 for 20% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: This should stack on typical sale and clearance products, but likely will not work during a dedicated sitewide sale
- Shop: Browse the Sunice sale section
Sunice already makes some of the best value outerwear in golf. The price for what you get is already excellent. But when you can find clearance sales, plus an additional 20% off with the code BREAKEIGHTY20? There are some insane deals to be had.
4. Bobby Jones: Best for Timeless Golf Style
Bobby Jones is a great place to look if you prefer classic golf apparel over louder, trend-driven designs.
The brand is known for comfortable polos, premium fabrics, and traditional styling that doesn’t feel dated after one season. Its sale section is especially useful because many of the discounted pieces are timeless—you’re often just choosing from a past-season color.
- Best things to buy: Polos, quarter-zips, sweaters, and classic golf layers. I’m a big fan of their polos for their clean look and fit.
- Coupon code: Use BREAKEIGHTY20 for 20% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: This should stack on typical sale and clearance products, but likely will not work during a dedicated sitewide sale
- Shop: Browse the Bobby Jones sale section
Want to find some truly wonderful deals on sophisticated and elevated golf apparel. Bobby Jones has some of the best options out there.
Use code BREAKEIGHTY20 to save an extra 20% on anything on the site.
5. Fairway & Greene: Best for Classic Country-Club Apparel
Fairway & Greene sits in a similar world to Bobby Jones, but with an especially strong selection of traditional golf polos and layering pieces.
If you want apparel that looks at home at a private club, a nice resort, or dinner after the round, the sale page is worth checking. The designs tend to be restrained, which makes older colors and collections much less likely to feel obsolete.
- Best things to buy: Polos, quarter-zips, vests, and traditional golf layers.
- Coupon code: Use BREAKING for 20% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: This should stack on typical sale and clearance products, but likely will not work during a dedicated sitewide sale
- Shop: Browse the Fairway & Greene men’s sale section
Looking for high-quality, traditional golf staples? Fairway and Greene is one of the best places to look - especially with their sale items.
Use code BREAKING to save 20%.
6. Forrester’s Outerwear: Best Emerging Brand for Versatile Outerwear

Forrester’s has quickly become one of the more interesting outerwear brands I’ve tested.
Products like the Range Hoodie and Rainshedder are designed for golf, but don’t look so technical that you’d only wear them on the course. That versatility makes the brand particularly appealing if you’d rather buy fewer, better pieces that can handle more than one job.
The sale selection may not always be as extensive as some of the larger brands here, but it’s worth checking—especially if the Breaking Eighty discount applies to the piece you want.
- Best things to buy: Hoodies, weather-resistant layers, and versatile outerwear. Their Range hoodie is the best starting point. Their new fleece vest is fantastic as well.
- Coupon code: Use BREAKINGEIGHTY15 for 15% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: Check the cart before buying, since exclusions may vary by product or promotion
- Shop: Visit Forrester’s and open the Sale section
Forrester's Outerwear is one of my favorite new brands in golf. Their prices are already reasonable for the quality, but when you can find stuff on sale on top of that? You get some great value pieces.
Use code BREAKINGEIGHTY15 to save 15%.
7. TRUE Linkswear: Best for Golf Shoes and Casual Apparel
TRUE is best known for its golf shoes, but it has steadily expanded into casual apparel and accessories as well.
The sale section is a particularly good place to look for discontinued shoe colors. The performance doesn’t change because a new colorway has arrived, and sizing is usually a more important consideration than owning the newest release.
- Best things to buy: Golf shoes, T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and casual layers. These are some of my current favorite True Linkswear pieces.
- Coupon code: Use BREAKINGEIGHTY15 for 15% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: The code often works on ordinary sale items, but some dedicated events use prices as marked and disable additional codes
- Shop: Browse the TRUE Linkswear sale section
TRUE Linkswear makes some of the best "All Day" golf apparel and footwear on the market. And they often have some of the best closeout deals in golf.
Use code BREAKINGEIGHTY15 to save an additional 15%.
8. Stitch: Best Broad Selection Golf Apparel
Stitch is one of the broader options on this list. Along with golf bags and travel gear, it offers polos, pants, shorts, hoodies, and other layers.
The sale section can have aggressive markdowns, and I’ve found some very good apparel values there. Stitch sizing and fit may also work well for golfers who find certain modern brands a little too trim.
The important caveat is that coupon stacking has been inconsistent. The BE20 code is worth trying, but I wouldn’t assume it will take another 20% off every marked-down product.
- Best things to buy: Polos, pants, layers, travel gear, and golf bags. Here are some current Stitch favorites of mine.
- Coupon code: Try BE20 for 20% off eligible purchases
- Stacking: Inconsistent; confirm the final price in your cart
- Shop: Browse the Stitch sale section
Stitch Golf offers such a wide variety of products for the modern golfer: bags, apparel, outerwear - you name it. You can often find some fantastic closeout deals if you know where to look (ahem, this page).
Use code BE20 to save an additional 20%.
9. Golf Galaxy: Best Multi-Brand Golf Apparel Clearance
Sometimes you don’t want to shop one brand at a time. You want to filter by size, compare a dozen brands, and find the best available price.
That’s where Golf Galaxy is useful.
Its clearance inventory can include major golf brands alongside its house labels, and the selection changes constantly. You won’t get an exclusive Breaking Eighty code here, but the combination of broad inventory, frequent markdowns, and easy comparison makes it one of the best places to find cheap golf clothes from recognizable brands.
The tradeoff is that the best sizes and colors can disappear quickly. If you find something you genuinely like at a strong price, waiting may not work in your favor.
- Best things to buy: Polos, shorts, pants, outerwear, and previous-season shoes from multiple brands
- Coupon code: No exclusive Breaking Eighty code
- Best strategy: Filter by your size first, then sort by discount or price
- Shop: Browse men’s golf apparel clearance at Golf Galaxy
I check this page every week. Golf Galaxy always has some killer deals and closeout sales going on. This is the list of the best stuff currently on sale.
How Do You Get Deals on Other Golf Brands?
The brands I mentioned in this list are great, because every single one is very high quality and also has options to make them more affordable, as I mentioned.
But what about the brands that don’t do regular sales?
Well, many of them do have occasional sales, and some of them are also sold through third-party retailers that do sales more often.
Below is a list of other brands I love, and how to find the best pricing for their items – even if they don’t discount as frequently.
G/FORE: My overall favorite golf brand
They typically do two sales a year in July and around Black Friday. Sale prices can run from 30-70% off. During non-sale periods, use the GFORE coupon code G4BREAKINGEIGHTY10 to save 10%. This won’t stack during sitewide sales, however.
Here are some current G/FORE favorites.
Redvanly: Comfortable Performance and Luxury
Redvanly is hands down one of my most worn golf brands. You’ll typically only see one sale a year from them, however. You can usually expect around 20% off sitewide during the holidays.
You can save 10% anytime of year however, by using the code that pops up when you click this link.
You can also occasionally find some sale items at Golf Galaxy.
The current apparel lineup from Redvanly may be my overall favorite from any brand in golf. Both on the course and off, everything is so good.
Click the link and you'll get a custom 10% discount pop-up on the site.
Peter Millar: A Staple for a Reason
Peter Millar is probably the most respected and worn “country club” brand in the world. And for good reason. They make good-looking, high-quality products you can rely on.
I haven’t tracked them as closely up until recently, so I don’t know exactly what their sale cadence is. But I’d expect to see something 1-2 times a year.
Peter Millar has been one of the most respected upscale apparel brands in golf for years for a reason. Fit, materials, and classic country club style that never disappoint.
Holderness and Bourne: The Modern Modern Country Club Brand
If Peter Millar is the old guard, Holderness and Bourne is the new kid on the block. Their Maxwell polo is one of my favorite polos in golf, and everything they make screams northeast tradition, but with a little bit of modern flair.
They typically only do one sale a year. Expect around 20% off for a brief period during the holidays.
Holderness and Bourne has some of my favorite apparel in golf. They're the best at marrying modern style with the tradition of the game and I especially love their polos.
How Coupon Stacking Usually Works
There are generally two kinds of discounted products on these sites:
- Ordinary sale or clearance items: Previous-season colors, discontinued styles, or overstock that remains in a permanent sale section.
- Dedicated promotional events: A temporary sitewide sale for a holiday, product launch, or special event.
Breaking Eighty codes are most likely to stack with the first category. They are less likely to work during a dedicated sitewide sale, especially when the retailer says prices are already marked or explicitly excludes additional codes.
My advice is simple: add the product to your cart and try the code. Confirm the final price before checking out, and don’t assume a code has applied until you see the discount in the order summary.
When Is the Best Time to Buy Golf Clothes?
You can find good deals throughout the year, but the strongest golf apparel discounts tend to show up when brands are clearing inventory for the next season.
- Late summer and early fall: A good time to find polos, shorts, and lightweight apparel
- Late winter and early spring: Often the best period for jackets, sweaters, and cold-weather layers
- Black Friday and holiday promotions: Potentially strong sitewide pricing, although additional coupon codes are often disabled
- When new colors launch: Previous-season colors frequently get marked down even when the product itself hasn’t meaningfully changed
With golf apparel, color is often where the biggest savings are. If you’re flexible and don’t need the newest release, you can frequently buy the same fit, fabric, and performance for much less.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the best place to buy discount golf apparel?
For premium direct-to-consumer brands, I’d start with the sale sections at B.Draddy, Zero Restriction, Sunice, Bobby Jones, and Fairway & Greene because eligible items may also accept a Breaking Eighty discount code. For the widest multi-brand selection, Golf Galaxy is one of the easiest places to compare clearance golf clothing.
Can golf coupon codes be used on sale items?
Sometimes. Several of the codes on this page typically stack with ordinary sale or clearance pricing. However, brands often disable additional coupon codes during dedicated sitewide promotions. Always verify the final discount in your cart.
Is clearance golf clothing usually final sale?
It depends on the retailer. Some clearance products can be returned normally, while others are explicitly marked final sale. Check the product page and return policy before buying, especially if you haven’t worn the brand before.
How do I get the best deal on golf clothes?
Start with a brand’s permanent sale section, filter by your size, and then test any eligible coupon code at checkout. Previous-season colors usually offer the best combination of selection, quality, and price.
Where do you go for good deals on other types of golf products like equipment and tech?
We have over 30 different discount codes for all kinds of golf brands. Many of them have their own sale or clearance pages, but using the codes on that page you should consistently be able to get anywhere from 5-20% off. Here’s the full list of golf discount codes.
Final Thoughts on Finding the Best Golf Clothing Deals
The best golf clothing deal isn’t necessarily the cheapest shirt you can find. It’s a piece you’ll actually wear, from a brand you trust, at a price that makes sense.
For the strongest combination of quality and savings, I’d begin with B.Draddy for everyday luxury, Zero Restriction or Sunice for technical outerwear, and Bobby Jones or Fairway & Greene for classic golf style. TRUE and Golf Galaxy are also worth checking when shoes or broader selection matter more.
I’ll continue updating this guide as discount structures, sale pages, and coupon codes change.
